🥣 Sourdough Refreshment Process – Two-Day Program
The sourdough refreshment process takes place over two days at the Sourdough Institute.
Day 1: We begin at 8:30 AM with a warm welcome and the first refreshment session. Afterward, we prepare the jars that will be used for the upcoming month. In the afternoon, we carry out the second refreshment, and later in the evening, we return to place the refreshed jars in the fridge.
Day 2: We start the day with a shared breakfast, followed by the final refreshment session. By lunchtime, the process is complete.
All costs related to the two-day event are fully covered by the Sourdough Institute. If you require additional accommodation or transportation, we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right options.
