Who is Ione Christensen?

Ione Christensen is a notable figure from Dawson City, Yukon. She has had a distinguished career in public service, including being the first female mayor of Whitehorse and a former senator of Yukon. Born on October 10, 1933, in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Ione Christensen has made significant contributions to her community and country.

  • 500g of liquid mature starter (add a tablespoon of sugar according to your own taste)

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g oil (peanut or canola)

  • 5g of baking soda

  • 5g of salt
