Acerca del evento
The sourdough refreshment process spans two days. On the first day, we gather at 8:30 AM at the Sourdough Institute to begin the initial refreshment. Afterward, we prepare the jars for the upcoming month. In the afternoon, we conduct the second refreshment, and in the evening, we return to place the jars in the fridge.
On the second day, we start with a shared breakfast before performing the final refreshment. By lunchtime, the refreshment process is complete. The Sourdough Institute covers all expenses, and we are delighted to welcome you to join us.
